Job Description: As a sales associate at Jardin Du Vin, you are the face of our brand. You ensure that customers have a fantastic shopping experience and help them find the perfect pair of heels. You will work in a dynamic environment where you are closely involved in the sale and presentation of our products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcoming and advising customers on our range of heels
Providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships
Contributing to the attractive presentation of the store and products
Processing payments and managing inventory
Assisting with online orders and returns

Passion for fashion and shoes
Retail experience is a plus, but not required
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Flexible availability (weekends and holidays)
